Found the bug. All DELETEs are in a single try/catch — if any dependent table doesn't exist yet on the server (e.g. lgr_fsbo_views_log, lgr_fsbo_showings), the whole block aborts and the listing is never deleted. Fix: wrap each table in its own try/catch.
